Senior Revenue Systems Administrator (Salesforce)
Job Location: California
Job Description
• Provide ongoing support by resolving user requests for user management, reports, dashboards, and platform bugs. • Act as a main point of contact for Salesforce and other system improvements that support a more effective and scalable commercial team. • Partner with internal stakeholders to support the development of new business processes, integrations, or applications. • Interface with 3rd party vendors to ensure the ongoing health of our 3rd party applications. • Maintain the overall health of Salesforce through reporting and regular auditing. • Work cross-functionally and amongst the team to maintain, support and improve upon integrations with different systems. • Develop and contribute to standard documentation and knowledge bases. • Manage all aspects of user and license management.
Qualifications
• 4-7+ years of RevOps Admin / Salesforce Admin experience • Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ • Expertise building Custom Objects, Flows, Validation rules, and Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries (DLRS) • Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills • Experience integrating Salesforce with partner revenue systems • Experience with or has assisted in translating business needs into technical requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong team player with the ability to develop effective working relationships across an organization
