Product Manager, Financial Security

Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of our users needs, our operational landscape and our competitors. • Build and execute on the product roadmap to create new drivers and remove barriers to make Chime the preferred financial account for our customers. • Have a strong analytical background and understanding of the impact that the work you are executing is delivering on company metrics • Work collaboratively with user research, engineering, design, operations, compliance, marketing and other teams to build features collaboratively and inclusively. • Develop experiments and research plans to identify product opportunities and prioritize your roadmap. • Ship minimum-loveable-products that deliver a quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Empathy for users and an aim to discover and resolve their pain points. • Deep curiosity. You enjoy going deep into the data, asking more “whys” in the qual, and you strive for a better understanding of what it means to meet users where they are. • An owner’s mentality - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff. • Willingness and judgment to make hard product prioritization decisions and ability to rapidly learn from mistakes. • Experience translating complex, confusing, frustrating concepts and systems into simple, elegant, understandable experiences. • Strong collaboration in team environments but able to act quickly as the decision-maker • 5+ years of experience as a product manager. • Consumer Tech experience is a plus.
