Manager, SMB & Mid-Market Sales
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $102,000 - $276,000 a year
Job Description
• Directly manage, motivate, and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs • Scale the team, building upon high talent bar • Lead the team to exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets • Create and refine best-in-class processes and sales playbooks • Work cross functionally with stakeholders across various departments
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience building and managing a high performing sales teams, preferably at a SaaS company • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team through direct involvement in sales activities • Ability to attract, motivate, and manage exceptional talent • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Passion for operating in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
• Competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets • Estimated base salary ranges from $102,000 to $138,000 • On target earnings range from $204,000 to $276,000, with a 50/50 split • Variable compensation not capped
