Claims Optimization Program Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Developing and implementing processes to optimize the property claims management procedures • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives • Generating reports for senior management to highlight achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement • Leading and managing specific segments of the property claims process
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree • 7-10 years proven experience in program management and claims adjusting, specifically with property claims • Strong understanding of best practices and data associated with claims management process outcomes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize processes for increased efficiency and accuracy • Able to perform work with limited supervision, while possessing the ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily workflow and project assignments to meet specified deadlines • In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to property claims litigation, liability, and coverage
