Job Description

• We are seeking a Director, HR Operations and HRIS to guide our human resources information systems (HRIS) and optimize our HR operational strategies. This pivotal role supports our dynamic team and is central to our strategic objectives. The Director, HR Operations is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of our HR systems and operational procedures. This leader enhances our HR infrastructure through advanced technology solutions, streamlines HR processes, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 10 years in HR Operations or HRIS, • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), MS Office, SQL, Tableau, and familiarity with programming • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with strong interpersonal skills to influence at all levels • Strong capability in analyzing complex data, developing metrics, and translating insights into strategic actions • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, benefits, and payroll regulations
