Senior Manager of Product Management (Interoperability)

Job Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and maintenance of the Digital Passport Library's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with 3E’s suite of solutions. • Collaborate with content and engineering teams to outline execution plans, define epics, high-level data models, and product storyboards to drive consistent development across platforms. • Champion the strategic vision for innovative solutions that leverage platform interoperability, enhancing the cross-sell and up-sell potential of 3E solutions. • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and the regulatory landscape. Integrate insights into strategic product planning, prioritization, and pricing strategies. • Act as a product evangelist to internal and external stakeholders, engaging with clients through visits, advisory boards, conferences, and other avenues to gather insights that inform strategy and product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field • At least 8 years in B2B product management or similar roles focused on data products, services, data science, or AI technologies • At least 2 years in a leadership position within a product management team • Strong background in SaaS product development, including API services and User Interface design • Expertise in interoperability, data modeling, data governance, and implementing SCRUM/Agile development methodologies • Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage with stakeholders and teams Preferred: • MBA or MS in Engineering • Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) services, Product Stewardship, Supply Chain Management, ESG scoring, or Product Compliance • Experience working in high-growth organizations
