Senior HR Operations Analyst
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $68,000 - $117,000 a year
Job Description
• Responsible for Manage all employee data changes and updates. Responsible for handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to employee on/off boarding, leave management, compliance, records management, and retention • Provides end user support for transaction processing and life cycle event management in the system's self-service function. (job changes/transfers/promotions, hire, job requisitions, separations, etc.) • Conduct system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Handles employee inquiries and issues resolution. Assists in the research, escalation, and resolution of Workday related operational issues • Run standard reports, handles ad-hoc report requests and provides data as needed • Delivers exceptional customer service and ensures all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner. • Collaborate effectively across HR and non-HR cross functional teams (i.e. HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Finance) on a broad range of topics, as needed. • Supports business process development, improvement, data management, releases, testing, maintenance within Workday and other HR systems. • Serve as the first line of support for Workday System questions, Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. • Participate in the design, testing and implementation of new functionality in Workday, including the bi-annual release • Develop Job Aids and Conduct training sessions and workshops to end users to promote efficiency and adoption. • Handle basic System Configuration in Workday • Create and Load EIB’s as necessary
Qualifications
• 4+ Years of HR Technology and Operations experience with Workday • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience (HR, Business Ops, Business Administration) • Functional experience and strong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS business systems (Workday), data systems and other HR tools. • Ability to multitask and prioritize work • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills • Familiarity with SOX Compliance • Critical thinking skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail

• The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. • The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $68,000- $117,000. • This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
