Job Description

• You will independently partner with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced Agile environment, participating in every stage of the design and build process – from research, journey mapping, user flows, and exploratory design sprints to wireframing, prototyping, delivery of high-fidelity designs, and iteration with product and engineering through the development process • Take responsibility for the UX design process, defining best practices, standards, and methodologies that enable us to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences consistently • Share knowledge, insights, and best practices with team members to foster continuous learning and growth • Demonstrate mastery of visual design principles, creating engaging and visually appealing interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, identifying user needs and business requirements

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your experience creating user-centered design solutions • Should have 3+ years of experience in Enterprise UX (Enterprise) / Consumer design (Consumer) • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel, or other team management tools • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience with complex enterprise applications is a plus. A passion for fantastic user experience and empathy is a must • Education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
