Payroll Analyst

Job Description

• Join our dynamic Payroll & Benefits Department as a Payroll Analyst • Play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of both US and International payrolls • Collaborate with various departments to process payroll efficiently while adhering to regulatory compliance • Perform tasks related to US and UK payrolls • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to payroll matters • Maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure documents • Actively participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives • Additional tasks as designated

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience processing multi-state payrolls in a fast-paced environment • In-depth knowledge of payroll-related laws and regulations • Proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow, ADP SmartCompliance, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel skills • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment, adapting quickly to changes and priorities
