Product Manager

Job Description

• Lead cross-functional product team to enhance federal government’s customer experience landscape • Establish and align work streams around product vision based on research and data • Act as advocate for the client to ensure product solves user needs and achieves business objectives • Collaborate with team and stakeholders using 'design thinking' to identify product direction • Evaluate and prioritize functionality on product roadmap • Establish, measure, and report on product success metrics • Participate in meetings and demonstrations with client POCs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, social science, or related discipline or equivalent • 5+ years of direct experience in Product Management • 7-10 years total professional experience
