Senior Finance Business Partner

Job Description

• We are looking for an exceptional Senior Finance Business Partner to join our growing team. • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and objectives. • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing financial guidance and support to help achieve business goals. • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to represent the FP&A perspective. • Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by providing insights and analysis. • Work with department heads to develop accurate and realistic financial forecasts. • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. • Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis to enhance accuracy and timeliness of reporting. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. CPA or advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or related role. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and MS Excel. Experience with financial planning software/tools is a plus. • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
