Strategic Finance Associate

Job Description

• Generate and present timely, accurate, and insightful management reports to stakeholders, highlighting financial results, key performance indicators, and variance analysis\n• Develop impactful, compelling presentation materials and presentation support that effectively communicates financial projections, drivers, business performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership\n• Establish business relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic thought partner with cross-functional teams\n• Provide strong business analytic decision support on numerous revenue and cost initiatives, return on investment analyses, and/or other assigned projects\n• Conduct deep dives into particular expense or revenue lines to understand their drivers and identify potential levers to enhance financial performance\n• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting\n• Support the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or relevant field (MBA a plus)\n• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, and/or investment banking\n• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, scenario analysis and pivot tables)\n• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills utilizing data, metrics, and financial modeling and analysis to solve complex, multivariable problems\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n• Strong collaborator with an ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams\n• Experience driving initiatives to identify areas for process improvement and deliver results\n• Willing to take a hands-on approach and get involved in all aspects of the job\n• Passion for crypto and web3 demonstrated through personal or professional experience and a regular consumption of industry news and developments
