Product Manager, Carbon Projects

Job Description

• Develop and manage product roadmaps for Arbol's carbon market data and insurance products, ensuring they meet market needs and compliance standards • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand trends, identify customer needs, and analyze competitive products within the carbon markets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective product strategies • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and post-launch analysis • Define and monitor key performance indicators for product success • Prepare and present detailed product updates to senior management and stakeholders • Stay informed of regulatory developments affecting carbon markets globally to ensure product compliance and to anticipate market shifts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Economics, Business, or a related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in environmental finance, carbon markets, or related fields • Strong understanding of carbon trading mechanisms, regulatory environments, and market dynamics • Proven track record of successful product development and management • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling complex datasets • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Passion for sustainability and climate-related initiatives
