Manager, Treasury & Statutory Accounting

Job Description

• Reporting to the Treasurer, Director of Procurement & Statutory Accounting • Lead a team responsible for the cash operations & statutory compliance of LivePerson entities • Monitor daily cash position, and review all cash movements and daily investments between all banks • Prepare the quarterly free cash flow forecast and weekly cash reporting • Oversee all global cash & VAT accounting • Assist and drive the coordination and review of international operations' statutory financial statements • Monitor subsidiaries' cash flow reported transactions to ensure adequate cash availability. (Intraday activity) • Oversee the submission and reconciliation of all VAT items globally • Review monthly AMEX statements propriety and approvals • Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls around treasury management • Ability to take on special projects, accounting duties, and workflow process improvements • Participate in the implementation and optimization of various new systems and processes around bank automation • Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year • Monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred. • Big 4 or other large public accounting firm experience required • Proven history of effective management, including the ability to lead and develop junior members of a team • Experience with Kyriba, SAP, or a similar Accounting ERP. • Robust interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the confidence to engage with senior Finance executives across multiple departments • Willingness to adapt to a high-growth environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with Concur, or FCCS a plus, but not expressly required. • Strong Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)
