Manager, Solution Architecture

Job Description

• Attentive is looking for a Manager of Solutions Architecture who will lead a team that works with clients to employ Attentive's suite of products effectively • Solutions Architect Manager will manage a team of Solutions Architects, provide hands-on guidance and mentorship, implement new processes, and ensure the team is well-equipped to provide exceptional service • The role involves being a technical resource for clients, translating client requests, and managing client relationships effectively • Suitable candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with various programming languages • The position requires working remotely on the West Coast

Qualifications

• Remote, West Coast • 2+ years prior experience managing teams • Strong mentorship and technical skills to shape Solutions Architects into technical experts A keen understanding of when to step in and provide next-level support • Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences • Affinity for problem-solving and crafting creative, reusable solutions • Insightful, innovative, and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment • HTML/CSS experience required • Strong understanding of at least one programming and scripting language such as: JavaScript, SQL, PHP, Python • Knowledge of and experience with ad-serving and troubleshooting JavaScript tags • Experience with 3rd party data providers both from a targeting and analytics standpoint • Understanding of client CRM data and PII issues • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
