Revenue Operations Analyst, Support Operations
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Lead the setup and administration of Zendesk • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams • Optimize and maintain our Zendesk-based Help Center • Educate and support team members on best practices • Monitor and evaluate Zendesk's performance metrics • Drive strategic planning and project management initiatives • Manage system administration tasks
Qualifications
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent • Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people • Code Aptitude: Ability to read and understand HTML/CSS is a plus • Familiarity with REST APIs and API documentation
