Stock Administration Manager

Job Description

• Own day-to-day operations including equity transaction processing, file feed management, employee questions, etc… • Support efforts to grow and scale the function through automation, process improvement, and partnership with internal and external business partners • Prepare data analysis and forecast modeling scenarios for shares available, participant vesting, etc. • Participate in other compliance program development as needed • Build best in class processes and process documentation • Special projects as needed, including ad hoc equity and tax research and efforts to develop, implement and improve processes that improve support of business clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or similar field • 7+ years' experience working in a global equity administration role for a public company • Comprehensive understanding of accounting standards, taxation, laws and regulations related to equity compensation • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification preferred
