Technical Writer

Job Description

• Join a team to shape the documentation experience for Astronomer and Apache Airflow users worldwide • Work on the Astro documentation site to improve user-facing experience • Contribute to a major open-source project in data engineering and generative AI concepts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical writer role • Proficiency in Git, GitHub, and version control tooling • Experience writing content for developers and/or technical audiences in Markdown • Experience working with products containing APIs, CLIs, and SDKs • Conversant in cloud provider services and concepts • Strong verbal and written communicator • Self-driven and passionate about technology • Portfolio of technical writing samples
