Job Location: California
Job Description
• Lead management and monitoring of cloud systems • Oversee NOC operations • Define golden signals for core SaaS application services • Automate monitors and dashboards • Provide reports to Engineering and executive teams
Qualifications
• Minimum B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in monitoring networking stack • Working knowledge in monitoring RESTful microservices and HTTP protocols • Must be able to work a HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE
