Marketing Manager - Customer Loyalty
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Developing and implementing comprehensive customer loyalty marketing strategies • Managing the day-to-day execution of the customer loyalty program • Planning and executing strategic communication and marketing campaigns • Utilizing data and insights to grow the loyalty program • Collaborating with creative & content team • Working with cross-functional teams to drive technological advances • Utilizing agent data for personalized communication • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics • Incorporating industry trends and best practices into marketing efforts • Collaborating with external partners, agencies, and vendors • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or customer experience with a demonstrated understanding of loyalty marketing principles and strategies • Proven track record of contributing to successful marketing campaigns • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative thinker passionate about innovative marketing strategies • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Experience with loyalty management platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Authorization to work in the United States • Highly preferred candidates have experience with email campaigns, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, insurance/financial services, knowledge of insurance industry regulations, 5-7 years of marketing experience, and professional marketing certifications
