Senior Software Engineer, SRE

Job Description

• Lead and influence a platform reshaping the traditional engineering stack • Support billions of requests on a platform that supports arbitrary end user applications • Design and implement observability across core parts of the system • Scale the data tier supporting petabyte-scale ingest, export, and workflows • Contribute to the development of the Bubble programming language exposed to end users for creating complex applications • Participate in triage and on-call process to quickly diagnose and resolve issues • Work on a next-gen cloud with multi-region and multi-cloud high availability • Build infrastructure and services supporting cloud architecture

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US • Within commuting distance of the office in New York City • 5-8 years of experience in distributed systems • Proficient in Rust, Kafka, NodeJS, Terraform, serverless, and more
