Compliance Associate

Job Description

• Cover a wide range of core compliance activity with a strong focus on due diligence and investor related compliance activity • Request and review relevant compliance documentation • Conduct regulatory and compliance verification checks • Participate in on-site manager visits, manager meetings and conference calls • Draft standardized structured reports for each manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree • 3-4 years’ experience in a due diligence or audit related role • Highly self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail • Capable of managing a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment • Adaptable and open to change • Calm and concise communicator, collaborative and able to engage well with staff of varying roles and seniority • Firm and team first in thinking • PowerPoint and other presentation materials creation skills • An auditing, operational risk or similar background

Benefits

• Base pay expected to be between $100,000 and $130,000 • Performance bonus • Competitive benefits package
