Global Account Director

Job Description

• As a Global Account Director, primary initiatives are to establish/maintain a relationship with the end customer • Increase ZipRecruiter’s agency share of wallet for the customer • Ensure that the client sees value from their ZipRecruiter solution

Qualifications

• 12+ years of true enterprise sales experience (calling fortune 1000s organizations) • Managed 2M+ in existing business while also hitting new sales targets • Experience in selling environments where you have multiple internal stakeholders to navigate in deal alignment • Experience in selling environments through a channel or partnerships team is a bonus • Understanding of programmatic job advertising is a bonus • Experience in influencing increased revenue as well as owning the actual number
