Senior Advanced Analytics Specialist, Customer Success Analytics & Operations

Job Description

• Collaborate with senior leaders across Go-To-Market operations and the Customer Success team • Determine appropriate modeling methodology and build predictive models • Own and develop reporting and analytics resources • Scope and plan end-to-end advanced analytics projects • Dissect trends, quantify opportunities, and undertake customer and driver-based journey analytics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in an advanced analytics or data science role; prior experience with SaaS an advantage • experience working with various supervised and unsupervised data science modeling techniques • advanced experience working with Python, SQL R, DBT, Github, and Excel • experience modeling within Python packages and building data visualization across various platforms • well-developed communication and organizational skills • ability to work cross-functionally with senior business leaders • attention to detail with swift execution
