Campus Recruiter

Job Description

• Design and evolve our external brand and organize the strategic vision to build sustainable sourcing pipelines • Drive and execute all external branding efforts such as campus recruiting, conferences and other events • Establish and maintain strong relationships with career services, faculty and student organizations • Represent PDT’s brand, culture and value externally • Continually seek ways to streamline and systematize the recruiting team's workflow • Organize and operationalize recruiting related projects and strategies • Willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons

Qualifications

• 2+ years of campus recruiting or full cycle recruiting experience • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills • Razor-sharp attention to details and striking organizational skills (habitual checklist-makers welcome). • A highly operational mind matched with strong acumen—you can synthesize multiple perspectives, crystallize priorities and tradeoffs, and identify the most reasonable path forward. • Demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of work and timeliness. • Tenacious and self-motivated to excel in everything you do. • Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to learn about our business
