Programmatic Technical Account Manager

Job Description

• Manage PMP Campaigns & Client Communication • Advise on Programmatic Best Practices • This role will be based in New York City. All applicants must be near our New York City office. • Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution and performance of BuzzFeed's programmatic business. Providing high-quality customer service and bringing programmatic expertise to the BuzzFeed tech and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital media experience with at least 2 years of direct experience in the programmatic media ecosystem • Deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystem: SSPs, DSPs, ad platforms, and ad operations is a must. • Experience within DSPs/buy side a plus. • Experience with STAQ a plus. • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, as well as Google Slides or other presentation tools. • Strong analytical mindset • Must be comfortable in a client-facing role • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that rewards a creative, hands-on approach
