Job Description

• Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of new features and product enhancements • Foster a culture of experimentation • Act as our customer’s biggest advocate • Embrace the MVP concept • Leverage data to identify opportunities • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Monitor and report on product KPIs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2C technology forward organizations • Demonstrated track record of success driving growth and optimizing user experience • Strategic thinking abilities to translate high-level business objectives • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Genuine passion for animals and a deep understanding of the bond between pets and their families
