Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention • Lead customer engagement initiatives such as advisory boards and newsletters • Secure customer endorsements through testimonials and case studies • Elevate market reputation through managing Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and TrustRadius • Manage a customer awards program • Analyze customer insights and market trends • Design and execute targeted campaigns for existing customers • Manage marketing budget for customer campaigns • Collaborate with sales and product teams • Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team • Develop content for new customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on customer marketing, loyalty programs, or customer engagement • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting tools • Excellent communication and writing skills • Experience in the tech or cybersecurity industry preferred
