Senior Product Manager: Enterprise

Job Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping impactful products • Experience in fintech and lending is a plus. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, adept at managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating with credit unions.Ability to challenge assumptions, validate product concepts, and make decisive choices • Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.Comprehensive understanding of product development, including engineering, design, analytics, and user research, and the ability to integrate these insights into product strategy • Deep passion for product management and an ownership mindset • (Please note that we are unable to sponsor H1B visas currently)
