Engineering Manager, Platform & Infrastructure
Job Location: Bay Area, California
Salary: $150,000 - $350,000 a year
Job Description
• Be both a highly technical and incredibly effective people manager for the team's building the software infrastructure that supports Character.AI’s web and mobile products • Drive roadmap creation and execution and participate in technical design discussions • Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritization
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience managing high performing and highly technical teams building scalable distributed systems • Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams including: performance management, upleveling individuals & teams, and building and/or fostering team culture • Experience working in a consumer company either as an IC or manager
