Recruiting Coordinator
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 a year
Job Description
• Own scheduling, sourcing, and the build out of various processes and projects • Streamlining recruiting efforts across all business units • Responsible for building out the entire internal recruiting function • Plan and execute projects with the Talent, People, and Workplace teams • Drive pipeline for engineering and high priority roles
Qualifications
• 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in high growth environment • Sourcing experience preferred • Experience with Ashby preferred • Interest in complex FinTech products
