Recruiting Specialist (Contract)

Job Description

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams including the executives • Source engineering and go-to-market candidates using Lever, LinkedIn, and Teamable with experience in AI/ML • Manage the operations and efficiency of the recruiting process for the entire recruiting function from initial candidate contact to the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all candidates • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment activities in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) • Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote Anyscale as an employer of choice • Be a positive force and a culture carrier in our San Francisco office to benefit our candidates and Anyscale employees alike

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology-focused environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff • Experience with any ATS system and proficiency in Google Suite • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapt to new challenges • Pride in solving problems and making an impact • Creative thinker who can execute with ease
