Job Description

• Source, evaluate, and close candidates for roles focused on machine learning engineering and deep tech product managers • Work closely with hiring managers to creatively define the correct role requirements and compile candidate specifications • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from top tech companies and academic institutions • Be a detective as you accurately assess candidates through competency-based interviews and technical assessments • Be the most dynamic and strongest recruiter your candidate has ever spoken to • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and ML to inform recruitment strategies • 100% accountability and ownership over your team's hiring plan and execution of it

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience • Experience in sourcing your own pipeline of candidates • Strong understanding of technical requirements for AI/ML positions • Proven track record of filling challenging technical positions within a competitive market • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and effectively close top-tier engineers • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
