Lead, Marketing Operations (Paid Acquisition)

Job Description

• In this role, the individual will serve as the primary representative for job seeker acquisition and other publisher channels for ZipRecruiter's strategic initiatives and partnerships. • Key responsibilities include building and nurturing a team dedicated to expanding user acquisition through paid job-seeker marketing channels, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, and collaborating with various departments to identify and enhance revenue-generating programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in digital performance marketing (e.g., partner networks, traffic acquisition, SEM, Facebook, display/RTB) • 3+ years experience in people management and cross-functional team leadership. • Advanced knowledge of data query languages (i.e., SQL) and Excel, and Google Sheets expertise • Experience influencing both internal and external stakeholders
