Job Description

• Leading Hardware Systems Engineering team • Developing new products integrating chip technology • Formulating and executing plans for team growth and development • Managing engineering decisions and scheduling with external vendors • Creating and reviewing electronic design specifications • Managing test and qualification process for electronic boards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 5 years of experience with high-speed digital systems • Minimum 5 years of experience with high-frequency mixed signal systems • Experience with FPGAs or ASICs • Understanding of DSP techniques • Project management skills • Management experience with 10+ person teams • Management experience with technical teams
