Executive Assistant
Job Location: Los Angeles, California
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 a year
Job Description
• Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling team meetings, offsite meetings, and various external meetings across multiple time zones • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events both onsite and offsite • Coordinate all travel arrangements, process expense reports, and assist with project management of corporate events • Facilitate the rhythm of the business by managing agendas, notes, logistics, and follow-ups • Serve as a liaison for the CEO, exchanging information with senior leaders, customers, clients, and other stakeholders • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and assemble resources to address challenges proactively • Handle incoming requests with discretion and maintain confidentiality • Assist with office services tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant • Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality • Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively with various teams • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, board members, and internal teams • Proficiency in web-based scheduling and collaboration tools • Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Excel
