Quantitative Developer

Job Description

• Work with trading team to design, enhance, and support trading strategies • Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting existing strategies • Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve system issues and inefficiencies • Play a key role in managing and optimizing strategy research pipelines • Collaborate across trading and engineering teams to enhance and support trading systems, including high-performance execution systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment • Experience with C++ or Rust is a plus • Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web3 infrastructure is a plus • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing digital assets industry
