Social Media Manager

Job Description

• Spotter is seeking a Social Media Manager that will be responsible for managing Spotter’s social media accounts in support of Brand and Product marketing initiatives. • You will work to amplify premium Creator focused digital content, product education content, and case studies, as well as supporting content published by Creator partners. • This role will work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Creator, and Product teams to shape the brand’s communication across all social media platforms and communities. • The right candidate will have deep experience with social media channel and publishing strategies, working with Creator partner content, flawless channel management and detailed performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience building strategy and managing core social channels at a consumer brand. Background working with and in support of YouTube Creators a plus. Experience with consumer SaaS social media management is also a plus. • Demonstrated track record of developing engaging and innovative social media strategies, from branded content to detailed product tutorials, while growing engaged audiences on organic social channels. • Knowledge of internet, AI and Creator culture, and know what's trending on top social platforms. • Experience understanding data and insights to drive learning. Ability to quantify social media channel performance. • Experience running several campaigns in a fast paced, start up environment and problem-solving through creative critical thinking.
