Job Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team

Qualifications

• You have at least 8+ years of work experience, at least 4 in Product Management in enterprise SaaS • You’re an organized thinker, analytical, fact-based and excel at getting to the bottom of issues • You know exactly what needs to be accomplished in every meeting, and consistently drive toward clarity and on-time delivery • You get excited to roll up your sleeves and tackle a challenge hands-on. Your strong sense of ownership means you persevere when others fall away • You have a great eye for design and user experience  • You are a great collaborator. Dev and QE both trust you and brainstorm with you. Stakeholders don’t get blind-sighted by you • You are a clear communicator. You can explain the most technical of subjects to kindergartners and have them ask intelligent questions about it • You convert complex and ambiguous topics into concrete delightful product features • You connect the dots from multiple conversations to reach a higher level of understanding and an actionable point of view • You are comfortable managing conflicting viewpoints and strong personalities to extract insight and close the loop • You have a 6th sense for anticipating problems/delays before they arise, so you’re able to either avert them or prepare yourself • You have experience building zero to 1 in the context of legacy systems
