Job Description

• Creating simple, intuitive, and enjoyable user experiences for the end user • Building and improving new workflows and features for a diverse range of use cases • Collaborating with the product team and developers to create user-centered, elegant, and intuitive digital products • Exercising creativity and analytical thinking skills to distill complex information and workflows

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience with b2b or enterprise software product design • Experience working with web applications • Experience in a high-growth startup • Creating and maintaining a design system • Previous exposure to a startup environment • Experience owning features through the entire design process, from user research to visual design • Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and AdobeXD • Collaborating directly with Product Managers and Engineering • Experience with user testing and customer interviews • Familiarity with building and maintaining component libraries
