Senior Client Service Manager - Retirement Plan Administration

Job Description

• Partner with team and cross-functionally with ERISA, Plan Design, Retirement Plan Administration to manage sponsor initiatives • Share data-driven insights with product teams • Lead client conference calls and provide updates • Conduct timely follow-ups, handle complaints and escalations • Analyze information to solve client problems • Manage client escalations and compliance • Conduct coaching sessions with Account Managers • Set metrics and report to leadership • Deescalate issues with high-profile clients

Qualifications

• 8+ years of retirement industry client service leadership experience • Experience working in a start-up or high-paced environment • Flexible, adaptable, creative, team-oriented, results-driven • Strong time management skills • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat • Strong commitment to superior customer service
