Senior Client Service Associate - Retirement Plan Administration

Job Description

• Assist clients with complex plan issues • Gathers and analyzes information for client requests • Work closely with internal subject matter experts • Create processes and resources to streamline operations • Document updates to client accounts • Identify improvement opportunities in processes • Handle client escalations • Adhere to service-level requirements • Meet quality control expectations • Provide consulting services • Ensure client retention and maintenance • Conduct follow-ups for employer service

Qualifications

• College degree and/or equivalent customer service experience • 2-4 years of retirement industry experience • Experience in project management • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organization skills • Ability to think analytically & operate independently within set deadlines • Professional experience using internal technical operational tools • Team mentality and ability to multitask • Nice to have: retirement certifications (i.e. QKA)
