Ad Operations Manager, Aura

Job Description

• Perform analysis on complex data sets to create actionable insights and maximize revenue opportunities for mobile advertising partners • Support the smooth on-boarding and launching of new partners to the platform and continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure optimal advertising for business partners • Lead troubleshooting efforts and work with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical and campaign-related issues are communicated and handled quickly and appropriately while providing necessary guidance to advertisers • Know all the ins and outs of the Aura product as well as the account management operations • Use internal BI and other tools to drive business and process improvements

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information, with proficiency in Excel & BI tools • Client-centric, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for using data to generate insights and drive business results • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, who is willing to go to lengths to help the team achieve success • Go getter, not afraid of challenges!
