Job Description
• Leadership in strategic company-wide portfolio management • Drive accelerated development of IDEAYA Biosciences pathways • Manage governance process and drive preparation by teams • Communicate with senior leadership • Support alliance management of joint development programs • Partner with Finance • Responsible for leading a team of full-time employees and contractors • Accountable for IDEAYA Biosciences clinical development program performance
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with advanced degree or PMP certificate preferred • Minimum of 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech experience • Experience in leading a team of program managers spanning Research and Clinical Development • Experience leading molecules through regulatory approvals a plus
