Associate, Portfolio Finance

Job Description

• Lead external debt and tax equity facilities funding/tranche execution • Manage transaction workstreams through data room preparation • Adapt, audit, and maintain financial forecasts • Ensure regulatory certifications and approvals • Diligence funding requests and manage wire processes • Measure and report progress against key performance indicators • Coordinate with FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury departments • Contribute to the development of information systems

Qualifications

• A demonstrated passion for the mission • 2-4 years of relevant work experience • Strong proficiency in data analysis in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience in renewable energy finance or asset management preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High level of self-awareness and humility • Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual agility
