Job Description

• Full-time legal counsel role supporting Procurement organization • Negotiate and manage contracts to drive business results • Work closely with Vonage procurement team • Provide comprehensive legal support for global procurement activities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience qualified to practice in the US • Experience supporting procurement activities in a fast-paced technology company • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong team player • Established record of employing diplomacy and gravitas • Proactive and self-motivated • Strong transactional and management skills • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
