Senior Manager, Talent Operations
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 a year
Job Description
• Seeking an experienced manager to lead our global recruiting operations team and programs and to drive strategic initiatives to optimize our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting operations, program management, and recruiting strategy, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance our global recruiting operations to support the company's growth and recruiting initiatives and goals.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of success in designing and implementing recruiting programs and initiatives that drive results • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in recruiting metrics, data analysis, and reporting • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth organization with a preference for those in the technology industry • Must be hands-on with a scrappy mentality coupled with project management fundamentals, adaptable to various tools and methodologies (whether you have SaaS tools in-play or not) • In-depth experience with Greenhouse, and Microsoft business suite (i.e. Excel), including the ability to effectively and efficiently handle large amounts of data and translate that into digestible information
