Senior Paid Media Manager

Job Description

• Rowan’s Senior Paid Media Manager reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various digital platforms • The Senior Paid Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong background in paid media • Proven experience in paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms • In depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms • Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing data for decision-making • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendor relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and to lead teams through transformational initiatives • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification a plus
