Finance Business Analyst

Job Description

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from operational and financial data. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics. • Process Optimization and Planning: Support capacity planning and forecasting leveraging BI solutions Evaluate operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide analytical support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field • 3-5 years of experience as a Business/Finance Analyst or similar role with a focus on operational analysis, resource management, and metrics • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud based analytical software (Looker, Power BI) • Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
