Product Analyst - Platform

Job Description

• Help lead the discovery, development, and launch of new features. • Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance our products. • Generate and maintain a product backlog with detailed scope, deliverables and buy-in from stakeholders.  • Drive product development with a team of talented engineers and designers.  • Work closely with user research to conduct usability studies to better inform game design.  • Lead quality assurance and user testing.  • Ensure customers are satisfied with product performance and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience. This can be your first product role but you should have experience building, designing or operating a product in some capacity.  • Experience with data analysis, and an ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. • Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Passion for creating fun, engaging and delightful user experiences.  • Self-motivated, analytical and organized. • Self-starter and strategic thinking skills to excel at creatively solving problems. • Willing to teach and learn from colleagues in a humble and open manner. • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, creative  environment.  • Sweat the small stuff. Can talk for hours about things like onboarding and notifications (have strong but flexible product principles).
